This is our returns policy. Please read it with care.
Enfield Electrical understands that you may want to send goods back to us for no reason other than changing your mind. This is acceptable as long as the goods are in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
For goods that are faulty or damaged we will provide a full refund once the goods have been returned and inspected, goods that are not faulty will not be subject to a full refund, goods must be returned within 28 days. However, not all suppliers will offer a full refund on special to order or non-stock items and could incur up to a 30% handling charge.
The cost of returning non faulty goods shall be borne by you unless otherwise agreed. Collection of faulty items can be arranged by our courier, in both instances, please send an email to email@example.com and we will provide a returns reference number.
Please include the document/invoice number on any correspondence and a brief description of the reason for return.
